1. Seller and Service
ScandiBrief is the name of the website and digital service available at scandibrief.com.
The service is operated, sold and managed by:

Payments, receipts, access, subscriptions and customer support are handled by TVP Byra. In payment flows, receipts or bank statements, TVP Byra and/or ScandiBrief may be shown as seller, payee or reference.
2. The Service
ScandiBrief provides daily economic intelligence briefs across Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
The content may cover economy, business, politics and regulation, energy and climate, technology and AI, real estate, labor market, security and geopolitics. Reports are based on publicly available sources, source feeds, data points and AI-assisted processing, interpretation and analysis.
The content is informational material. It is not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, personal financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
3. Products
Free Brief
The free brief gives one free daily brief by email. Marketing consent is required. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Day Pass
The day pass gives access to the current daily ScandiBrief report for the publication day.
Monthly Access
Monthly access gives recurring access to daily ScandiBrief reports while the subscription is active.
Half-Year Access
Half-year access gives access for 6 months from activation, normally 183 days, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
B2B and Team Access
B2B or team access is handled as a custom agreement and may include invoice handling and multiple recipients.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Initial public prices:
- Day pass: EUR 5.50
- Monthly access: EUR 25 per month
- Half-year access: EUR 120
Payment is handled by Stripe. TVP Byra does not store full card numbers or full payment details. Stripe may process payment, billing and tax information required to complete the transaction.
Taxes, VAT and billing address collection may be handled at checkout where applicable.
5. Subscription and Cancellation
Monthly access renews automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel future renewal according to the instructions provided at purchase, via Stripe if available, or by contacting support@tvp-byra.se.
Cancellation normally does not affect an already paid and started subscription period.
6. Delivery
Digital content is normally delivered by email and/or made available through a private report link after payment confirmation or according to the publication schedule.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address. If you do not receive your report, contact support@tvp-byra.se.
Marketing emails are sent only where there is consent or another valid legal basis.
7. Withdrawal Right and Refunds
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery has started, if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost when delivery starts.
At purchase, you may therefore be asked to confirm immediate delivery and loss of withdrawal right.
When digital content has been delivered, refunds are normally not provided. If delivery fails because of a technical error, we may resend the report, provide replacement access, extend access or refund all or part of the payment.
Support or refund requests should be sent to support@tvp-byra.se with the email address used at purchase, purchase date and a short description of the issue.
8. Availability and Accuracy
ScandiBrief is provided as a digital information product. We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete source coverage, error-free content or any financial outcome.
The service may be affected by source availability, third-party APIs, email providers, payment providers, hosting providers and other technical dependencies.
9. Changes
We may update the service, products, prices and these terms. Material changes will be communicated where required.
